DRIVE Fitness Boot Camp Day #1:  5 AM comes very quickly...but your health is worth it!  With a mist in the air, Boot Camp Day 1 was underway.  We had a great workout using weights, resistance bands and some of the playground equipment.  Would love to have a bigger turnout so we can start playing some of the GREAT fitness games I have planned!

DON'T be intimidated by the "boot camp" label.  It is simply a fitness class taken outside using outdoor features (trees, benches, playground..) to get toned, fit, and healthy!  I will incorporate fun, unique equipment  ,but I won't tell you about that...you have to show up and find out for yourself!

Days & Times: Tuesday   6-7 AM
                       Thursday  6-7 AM
                       Sunday    8:30-9:30 AM

*After allowing people the opportunity to vote on days & times there was a tie...

I had to make the executive decision to rule against 5:30-6:30 AM due to lack of sunlight issues.  The 2nd highest vote was 6:30-7:30 AM.  I decided to go with the middle time of 6-7 AM.
